Good morning everyone❤️

I am sending a reminder about our cancellation policy.

I require 48 hours for cancellations- failure to provide notice of cancellation of an appointment will result in payment equal to FULL COST of the grooming. This goes for “no-shows” as well, I do understand that things happen and we forget but unfortunately this money out of my pocket.

Payment is expected to be made within 48 hours of the canceled appointment before any other appointments will be scheduled
