Through Resolution 24-08, the South Milwaukee Common Council and Mayor Shelenske declared June 2024 as Economic Development Month!

The month will include celebrating milestone business anniversaries, business awards, and the distribution of three business retention grants.

At the June 18th Common Council meeting, Better Together Cafe will receive the award for Bucyrus Business of the Year and Bakehouse 23 mke will be recognized as the Bucyrus New Business of the Year.

We're also looking forward to honoring and celebrating Moran's Pub, Azteca Restaurant MKE, The Chi Shed, LLC, ChowChow Treats And Bakery, Golden Lion, Sorce Martial Arts, and Grays, Inc!
