Rental weeks are available from June – September. June and September rates are $600 per week plus 7% tax ($42) = $642 total. July and August rates are $700 per week plus 7% tax ($49) = $749 total. Weeks rent from Saturday to Saturday with check out by 9:00am and check in after 2:00pm. Please call or e-mail Christine for availability. The Buoy Cottage offers: -3 bedrooms that sleep five guests comfortably (a maximum of 5 guests) (two full size beds and one twin size bed) -fully equipped kitchen -fully furnished livingoom -1 bathroom with stand up shower stall -screened in front porch with a fabulous view of the river -large back yard with picnic table -private parking -basic supplies provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, dish soap (guests need to provide their own personal toiletries) -clean dish towels and bath mats provided (guests need to provide their own bath towels and beach towels) -clean matress pads and bedspreads provided (guests must provide their own sheets and extra blankets) -non smoking -unfortunately pets are prohibited The Gull Cottage offers: -3 bedrooms that sleep five guests comfortably (a maximum of 5 guests) (one full size bed, one twin size bed, and one set of twin size bunkbeds) -fully equipped kitchen -fully furnished livingoom -1 bathroom with stand up shower stall -screened in front porch with a fabulous view of the bay -large front yard with picnic table -private parking -basic supplies provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, dish soap (guests need to provide their own personal toiletries) -clean dish towels and bath mats provided (guests need to provide their own bath towels and beach towels) -clean matress pads and bedspreads provided (guests must provide their own sheets and extra blankets) -non smoking -unfortunately pets are prohibited
