Went and picked up my new breeding boar! I've been out a skinny pig boar since Sir Leon passed and a friend knew I've been in a big search for months for a good non-Dalmation/roan (my girls are Dalmatian and roan and you can't breed a dal or roan to each other) that's unrelated so she offered me him! I'm so happy to have him join my herd!

❤️❤️SOS HELP NEEDED❤️❤️

Good morning everyone, we are struggling, I hate to admit it but it's the truth. As some if you know, my husband got laid off almost two weeks ago. I'm not even sure how we are going to pay bills this month. We generally just cover everything when he is working. The only things we generally worry about raising donations for is the piggies veggies and vet bills, we cover most everything else. Keeping utilities, trash and the roof over the rescue isn't cheap, but if we can somehow come together as a team to help until we can get back on our feet, I promise to make it worthwhile!

Gardner's Pig Pen-Guinea Pig Rescue is helping us apply for our 501(c)3 on Wednesday which I am so excited about!!!!! This has been a LONG time coming. I'm mentally stronger and ready to take the front seat in the rescue again, I just needed time to heal!!! We need to raise $275 for the 501(c)3. Outside of thst, we desperately need help to cover bills. The piggies use a huge portion of the electric, trash and water bill. They have their own fridge/freezer, swamp cooler, washer/dryer for piggy laundry and we keep inside the home much cooler than we'd ever have it for our indoor piggies. We desperately need pellets and veggies again as well!!!!
