❗️New 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: (Policy Effective 12/01/2023 ) ❗️

If you need to reschedule for any reason, I now ask for at least a 48 hours notice to avoid a fee and to help keep everyone happy and on schedule.

*The fee to cancel less than 48 hours in advance is 50% of your grooming fee, due before you can be rescheduled.

Being more than 10 minutes late, without notice for drop off, may result in us needing to reschedule the appointment and that fee is 50% of the groom or $30, whichever is more.

Being 20 minutes late for an appointment, or not notifying me until after the scheduled time, that is considered a No show and the fee is 100% of the groom.

*I will always do my best to accommodate you, however, if I can still accommodate your dog, a late fee may still apply. ​

If a dog is picked up more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled time, there will be a $5 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter unless prior arrangements have been made.
