Why I started this rescue....
Almost 12 years ago I got him, Zeus. He has slowed down a lot but he's the reason I got into rescuing Doberman. I hate not being able to help out and do what I have been doing for almost 10 years.

With the price of everything going up and the limited spay/neuter appointments for dogs over 60lbs everything just became harder for me to do this as a 1 person private rescue.

I hopefully have some plans in the works where I can rescue 🙏 again.

Yes those are my 2 girls who help me with the dogs.

This 10 year old boy Otto needs a long term foster for about a year.
Prefer no other males in the home only female.
He's great with kids. He is good with cats and really doesn't even acknowledge the cats presence most of the time. House trained.
No known health issues. He's neutered and UTDA on all vaccines.

Loves all animals and small children. He’s been around small children and animals his whole life so far. He’s the sweetest boy. He knows basic commands and is house trained as well!

Dexter
4 year old male
since 5/6 weeks in a multiple dog/cat/chicken/goat home. Dexter has always been hyper and seems to not know when to quit. He can behave in the house and then will run down the little dogs and cats in the yard. He will walk right beside owner in the farm yard and not touch a thing and then the next day kill one of the chicks. He has not had formal training. He walks well on leash can sit and lay, when he wants to, housebroken and kennel trained however when he's in the kennel longer than he wants to be, he howls. He has to be the most willful dog I have ever met. He has been on Prozac. He wears a training collar now that he responds well to but only if he sees you have the remote. The positives is that he has a ton of energy, always seems to be happy, loves to be right under you, he is a velcro dog to the max and leans on you whenever possible. A calmer home with more individual attention could bring out his better qualities.
A Home with no males, no small animals or no small kids is a must! DM FOR contact info

Needs to be in a home with older children and no other pets. Very sweet girl. She’s house trained and potty trained 100%. Pulls on leash. Does not do well with little kids or other little dogs/cats.

Callie is about 8-10 months, very calm and petit about 45 pounds.

She does not like to be left alone has to be crated or she will scratch at doors and chew things, blankets etc.

Up to date on shots.

Great around 4 year old, great with owners husband.

Rehoming reason: moving out of the country.

House trained: yes, she can hold between 6- 8hrs during the day while owner is at work with no accidents. She will whine at the door when needing out. walked at 6:30am, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm.

Indoor/ outdoor: indoor with outdoor let outs & walks

Good with kids: Older children- no babies or toddlers. She is fine with older kids that respect her as a dog (no pulling ears, poking, hitting, etc)

Good with other dogs: she can be reactive to some dogs. she is an Alpha and has been only dog; would likely need a slow introduction and time to adjust with another pet

Good with cats: No; has high prey drive

Commands: basic

Description: Roxy has a lot of energy and needs a fenced yard to run. Current walks throughout the day are not enough to expend her energy. She is a bit reactive to strangers. She enjoys being near her owner and will develop a deep bond & become protective as the breed was designed for. She enjoys hikes and recalls off leash with the current owner (would need time to adjust to new owner). Has a strong nose and would do great with a job that included scent work. Enjoys squeaky toys. Is not crated when the owner goes to work, just hangs out in the house with toys & bones with no issues.
