Our October litter updates! We're swimming in adorable babies this month🥰
We've been working on our temperaments and health, and are seeing progress as we produce each generation 🖤

Our tan pied project is coming along well, as well as our tans and are so excited to keep progressing on our goals!
We have several more litters that we need to get pictures of as they grow and can't wait to update Y'all 🖤

URGENT NEED: Freezers & Refrigerators ❄️

Two of our amazing rehabilitators had their appliances go out this week, and we’re in urgent need of replacements to keep critical wildlife food and formula safe.

We are looking for:
• 1 full-sized upright freezer
• 2 full-sized upright refrigerator/freezer combos

New or used reliable working units are very welcome! These are essential for safely storing the formula, fish, and other foods and medications that help our orphaned and injured wild animals recover.

If you have a working fridge or freezer you’re no longer using, please call our hotline and leave a message! (979) 849-0184 Your donation directly supports the care of hundreds of wild birds and animals each year.

📍 Needs are in the West Columbia area (we can coordinate transport if needed).

For all our fellow rodent breeders, you can reach out to your local wildlife rescue(s)/raptor rescue(s) to see if they accept donated culls!
We've started to do this in our area and are working to be able to regularly donate🖤 With how much they do to help our local wildlife, we will always support them and their mission to protect the vulnerable by trying to give back anytime we can.

Also if you happen to have had pets that required feeders that have since crossed that rainbow bridge, you could also donate any left over frozen stock you may have had instead of tossing 🖤 🌈

Although we are always in need of, and asking for support, don't forget about YOUR local wildlife rehabbers that are in need, too.

You can find a rehabber closest to you by using ahnow.org and searching your zip code. Reach out to them before showing up with donations and make sure they need what you have to offer.

Wildlife rehabbers are grossly underfunded- in many states, like Texas, rehabbers don't receive any funding from the state. We are a self-funded organization thanks to the generosity of our community.

Make sure you show up for your local rehabbers, not just us!
