Message from Finder: cat was at our property for many months quite a while ago (probably over a year or so). We thought he was a stray so took him to the vet, had him neutered and gave him antibiotics for an infection. Shortly thereafter he disappeared for a long time. At one point he appeared again, but he had been shaved (so we figured he must be somebody's pet), but he only stayed a couple days. Now he is back, skinny and with runny eyes and nose.
