When you are searching for a puppy. Make sure you get videos of the puppies and are able to talk to the breeder by phone. A genuine breeder will offer to facetime you. If someone is not doing this and only has one picture of the pup they are probably not genuine.

No these puppies aren't free. No their rehoming fee is not too much. No I am sorry that your relative is disabled and you can afford the money for food but not for the dog. As a breeder we have spent a lot of money on the buying and raising the parents, raising these puppies, providing food and vet care. Frugs comprise of two expensive breeds. If you want a cheap puppy go to the free pets sites or adopt from a rescue but I think you will find that the rescues charge a pretty penny to adopt their animals too.
