Why is it that people with money just want more of it? They just want to hold on to it and grab more. Id think they'd be happy to help due to their own blessings. Sadly, that's not the case. Everyone is SO self involved, its disgusting.

Meanwhile there are people struggling to put food on the table. Children are going hungry. Animals are dying every day due to overpopulation and starvation. Yet no one gives a s**t.

I've had a Rescue for 3 years. No one remembers my Rescue unless they need something. I get calls, texts and emails from people needing help with animals. But when I struggle and make a post, crickets. It's the same 2 or 3 ppl who help. I'm so thankful that I've been blessed so that I can have a Rescue. But it has definitely shown me the greedy and nasty side of people. I planned on maybe housing up to 20 kitties. But the need has been so great, I have more than 50. Its a struggle. Thats 50 cats that need food, love, attention and care every day. Its a bit overwhelming at time but that is the life of a Rescuer. I love 💞 what I do but it takes a lot out of me.

To the generous people in the world 🌎 ✨️ you are appreciated! A bag of cat 🐈 food, a pail of litter or a few dollars 💸, every little bit helps. The cats appreciate it. Anything donated goes directly to the cats and their comfort.

It has been an interesting week at Casa de Los Gatos. An injured kitty had to go to emergency vet and stay over for observation.

Then today, took a couple kitties to the vet for ringworm.

It has been an expe sive week. Chester"s vet bill was $750. Waiting to see cost of this visit.

Rescue is interesting. It keeps you busy and is exhausting in every way. The lives I save are my reward. Blessed.
