Chispa (aka Cheese) was the best girl for this!
My sweet client came to me with inspiration photos and I said absolutely!

✨I started with roughly an hour-hour and a half work of adding the spots to set the pattern, then around 3-3.5 hours of applying color, letting it set for 15-20 minutes, and then rinsing and drying!
You can see how sleepy Chispa was and how wonderful she did😴🥱

✨ hair dye is 100% animal safe! I used their permanent black dye and their semi permanent colors!
✨How long will it last?
• “For dogs with continuous hair growth, (Poodle, doodle, shih tzu, yorkie) the hair will be long enough to shave the color out after 4 months.

For breeds like husky, pomeranian, frenchie, and other short hair dogs, that depends on the hair renewal cycle. If you dye your dog and your dog is not shedding, the dye will last longer.”

We hope everyone is safe from the storms that affected our area last night. There’s a possibility of a lot of lost animals in our area, and with shelters and rescues likely closed for the holiday weekend we wanted to be sure to share some resources! A few reminders: Dogs can be scanned for microchips at urgent care/animal hospitals that are open on weekends (there is also a new microchip scanner free for use and it’s been confirmed it’s still operational after the storm. 220 S Dixieland Rd Rogers). Municipal shelters are closed on Sundays and likely Memorial Day so if you find a dog and want to help- be sure you have a place to safely keep it while looking for owners. Post in lost and found groups on social media and neighborhood apps and talk to your neighbors. While we are closed for the holiday as well, we’ll always help where we can. Sending lots of love. 💚🐾
