Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a good year so far!
I do have an announcement to make.
Due to the weather being unpredictable for January and February we have decided we will only be pet sitting in Springfield and nearby areas.
We find that this is the safest option for us personally and the people who help us out. This is ONLY for January and February.

We will be back to our normal schedule starting march 1st which will be just in time for Spring Break.
So please don't hesitate to reach out and get your bookings in.

As a reminder we are now enforcing our Booking and Cancellation policy.

When you book with us we require half down and the remaining balance the day you leave.

For Cancellation we need to know 48 hours in advance and there are no refunds on your deposit.

We hope you understand and wish you a safe winter.

Good Morning. I just wanted to Thank everyone who has supported me for many years . As of January 2nd 2024 I will strongly be enforcing 50% non refundable deposits upon ALL bookings. The remaining balance needs paid by the first day I start the job.
This is my job this is my income and I understand things come up but this is my livelihood. There will also be 10% cancellation fee on your remaining balance if you cancel last minute.
I’m sorry this has to happen but I keep getting taken advantage of and having people cancel the day I’m suppose to be starting.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support and wonderful review . Can’t wait to kick off the 2024 year!!!

If you book with me there is a 10% cancellation fee.

Also if you book with me there is a 50% none refundable deposit at time of booking and signing of contract. This ensure your spot with me.

I am sorry these rules have to be an affect but I feel this is what is best. I have clients that has booked me MONTHS in advance than decide the week of or two days before never mind. I have to turn clients away if I get full and that’s not fair to me .I understand things come up and your family member can stay etc. But this is also my business and my income. Again sorry for having to be so strict.
