Awhile back I got an email about a grant opportunity for small businesses in the service industry, I filled it out and went on with my day. It was a brief questionnaire asking some qualifying questions about the business. I didn’t think much of it as jobber is nationwide and there are thousands of small businesses in the country. Well last night I got an email that I was selected for phase 2 This questionnaire was much longer, much more in depth and in fact took me almost two hours to fill out. I don’t know how many hundred of businesses got accepted to phase 2 or what my competition looks like but phase 3 narrows the competition and phase 4 announces the recipients. So now I’m looking at this like it’s a real possibility and I’m nervous lol. I just wanted to take a moment to ask all of you for all of your good thoughts, prayers, and juju… whatever you believe in lol, that I will be picked in the final selection process for the grant. This grant is substantial enough to cover All of my marketing for a year as well as uniforms, car magnets, and many other things. Thank you in advance for all your support, it means the world!
