Dog Duty, LLC Service Terms:
1. Pet Waste Clean Up Service:
Dogg Duty, LLC hereby agrees to clean up dog p**p, double bag and place in customers receptacle; at the location as provided by client & within our service areas in Sangamon County.
Dogg Duty uses a routing software to ensure efficiency, time & gas savings. We can not promise a particular time of arrival but do send a text when we are about 15 minutes away to let our clients know when we are on the way.
Service Locations Schedules:
Springfield - Monday Thru Sunday
Sangamon County - Monday Thru Sunday depending on location.
Should we miss a day due to an emergency or other reason, a make up day will be re-scheduled the next business day.
This is not a contract. To keep our costs low and to run efficiently we have created these parameters for better communication.
2. Billing - We are fully automated:
Invoices are emailed to clients from Square Invoicing secure systems. Invoices auto send each week or month to our clients email address on file.
Payment is due on receipt and are pre-paid for the month of service. We accept the following forms of payment:
1. ACH (secure email in invoice-Free)
2. Visa (secure email-fee)
3. MasterCard (secure email-fee)
4. Amex (secure email- fee)
5. Venmo (will set up soon) Free
6. Cash App (will set up soon) Free
7. Paypal friends & family (Free)
8. ApplePay Free
Non-payment: After 25 days of non-payment services will be suspended until payment is received. Should a past due balance be sent to collections a $45 service fee will be added to the past due amount.
3. Dogs - Aggressive, charging or triggered dogs shall be placed away from the service area prior to arrival. We love your pets but for pet & employee safety along with insurance costs we err on the side of caution.
4. Missed Waste - Satisfaction guaranteed 100% or we will return the next business day and make it right.
5. Service Access - If gates have locks or are broken please provide a means of entry during your service day.
6. Lawn - **Please make sure leaves & garbage is picked up and grass is mowed to receive the best service. Ankle high grass is acceptable. Leaves or higher grass makes it difficult to find pet waste in and while we will do our best we can not guarantee complete removal.
Trash and garbage in yards is a health hazard and should be cleaned up prior to service. Water collects in the items & attracts vermin, insects, organisms and mosquitos which spread disease and virus.
We reserve the right to decline service if we feel the yard is a danger to employees, other clients/pets and the families & employees of Dogg Duty.
**We reserve the right to cancel service for any reason we deem fit.
7. Weather - We work in rain showers with exception to heavy downpours, lightening, tornado warnings/watches, inclement cold temperatures or snow.
Safety always first!
Flooded yards: we will scoop the areas without standing water and should we or the client decide the yard can not be serviced we will schedule a make-up day within the same week if possible or within 4 days of service day.
8. Cancellation/*Rescheduling Service - If service is no longer desired please notify Dogg Duty via email ([email protected]) or text at least three (3) days prior to the date you wish to end services. (217) 291 5550.
a. Rescheduling:
24 hour advanced notice is required to change or skip a stop. We plan & dispatch routes each evening prior to the day of service. Should our employees be on their way then receive a text not to come; that days visit fee will be due.
b. Vacation Hold & Credits
Email, call or text to our business line at (217) 291 5550. 24 hour notice is preferred.
If dogs are away while on vacation hold a credit will be issued to your account as there will not be any accumulated waste on our return.
9. P**p Disposal - Technicians double bag the waste and place the bag in the customers garbage receptacle. This is Sangamon Counties preferred method of disposal. The waste is transported to the waste facility where it is buried in the landfill.
We currently offer waste removal for an additional service fee for HOA clients should they be required to keep cans in the garage.
10. Office Closures- We are closed Thanksgiving Day & each year for (1) one week from Christmas Eve through New Years Day so our employees can travel to see their families. There will be no service during this time period. We will pick up where we left off when we return.
We may close down for (1) additional week during the year for company conventions and functions. An advanced notice will be provided.
While there may be short service interruptions throughout the year we offer two (2) methods in regards to service & payment credits:
a. The scoop yourself option;
If clients scoop their lawn while Dogg Duty is closed, the missed visit(s) will be credited to clients account. Feel free to text or call to let us know but we will be able to assess the yard during the makeup visit for any extra waste.
b. Dogg Duty scoops on return:
When we resume your service we will scoop the missed week and current weeks waste. There will be double the waste which takes us double time to clean up. No credit will be issued and weekly invoices will have a charge for the extra time.
Clients will be sent a reminder and notification at least one (1) week in advance of office closure. We also make ongoing announcements through one or more of the following methods: fb posts (like us on fb/Meta Waste Removal Services), IG, newsletter, text, call or email or in the invoice notes.
11. Sanitizer & Deodorizer - We use environment, pet and people friendly Wysiwash.com as an add on for lawns, turf, and tools, Effersan.com (for lawns and tools) and Simple Green D Pro 5 (for tools equipment and shoes). Coming Soon.
12. Consumer Reviews -Dogg Duty, LLC prohibits and will demand removal of consumer reviews containing a) confidential or private information; b) harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, s*xually explicit, or inappropriate with respect to race, national origin, gender, s*xual orientation, s*x, age, disability, handicap or any personal disparaging hateful remarks. c) unrelated to the company’s business practices. d) Are misleading. Please refer to the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 for more information.
