Not in our rescue... Meet Indie, short for Indigo (those blue eyes) She is just over 1 year old, very smart, so lovable, loves cuddles once her energy is out and likes being carried around (even in a backpack made for dogs) Indie is very treat motivated during training. She is fun to watch around the house and will impress you & make you laugh with her leaps and bounds. Indie would be amazing to watch if ever trained in an agility course. In the short time I’ve had her, especially coming from a horrible situation, she has learned several commands and tricks. I strongly insist for Indie to be welcomed into a single-pet home. I have outdoor cats and they all get along very well; However, indoor cats may present to be a problem as she can be overly playful and annoying to cats inside. She loves to play ball & lies down peacefully in the backseat during car rides. She knows what “pup cups” are and she will appreciate them while keeping you company while running errands. A fenced in yard would be ideal for safety reasons as her recall is improving; though it’s not perfect and reliable at this point. She is spayed, up-to-date with her shots. She will come with all of her medical records accrued since I’ve had her. She is established with Dr Buck at County Line Veterinary Clinic and he is familiar with her and is really one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever dealt with. If Indie seems to be a fit for you, I will make the transition as seamless as possible, she’ll come with a slow-feed bowl (to prevent bloat as she eats way to fast for her own good) some toys and a bag of dogfood and other miscellaneous things to help get you started.
(She gets along with dogs at the dog park and out in public, but has an issue when we come home, she seems possessive or territorial over our 6 year old other Corgi, Millie being there)
