GOOD MORNING Suds n Pups Family.

We have decided to close for tomorrow January 6 to keep staff, clients and our furry friends safe.

We will be open regular business hours Tuesday January 7. Stay safe and warm!

Hello Suds n Pups family! We are aware of the incoming snow storm and watching the alerts closely. We will be making a decision tomorrow (Sunday) for Monday grooming appointments and daycare if we will be open or not. If you have any questions you may comment here or call/text Tory at 217-741-8338.

Good Morning and Happy 2025!!! New things have begun here at the shop. First, we have a new credit card machine that can save card numbers on file. We have a form for you to fill out for this and will be asking when you use credit card. This form also has our cancellation and no show policy on it. This process can take a little extra time on pick up so please be patient with staff.

Second, we will also be having photo release forms for our social media page by the end of the month.

Third, starting mid March, we will be limited by the number of grooming dogs we can schedule per day as we will have an employee out on maternity leave till May.

We look forward to serving our community for another year. Cheers to 2025!

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE! We can’t thank our clients enough for the love they have given us this year of 2024. We appreciate you everyday for sharing your pets with us and letting us love them like our own! We can’t wait till continue in 2025 with the best clients and furry babies ever! We do have new changes for the coming year which we will explain in 2025! Have a great evening and be safe!
