ABOUT SPRINGTOWN YORKIE’S :

I am a small hobby breeder. We’ve been breeding for 6 years. Our Yorkie’s are our babies. They are indoors and sleep with us at night. All our Yorkie’s are tiny, 4-4.5 lbs) and for that reason I’m picky about who these babies go too. My Yorkie’s all have their Pedigree Papers and have been DNA tested. My Male

and 1 Female, were imported from Russia, and have Russian Pedigree Papers. I do Not Register Litters with the AKC BECAUSE I DO NOT OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS. My babies are PET ONLY. I have everyone sign a No Breeding Contract. Home Visits are allowed after puppies turn 5 weeks old. At that time, I will go down my waitlist and start contacting potential buyers. I require a FaceTime visit and questions will be asked to determine if buyer is a good fit for my puppies. When invited to a home visit, at that time, you're welcome to place a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve a puppy. I do NOT allow buyers to choose a puppy until pickup at 10 weeks old. Waitlist will be used in the order buyer falls on the list. Deposits are 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ (Cash) Balance is due (Cash Only) at pickup.
