“You don’t do doodles?” “You don’t do big dogs?”
Oh but I do … Meet my friend Jesse. Not quite 100 lbs of doodle and such a good boy. He was one of one of the last big doodle puppies I took in around 4 years ago. For quite some time I haven’t been able to take on any new clients except a few small adults here and there. **If you’d like to get on my small dog wait list let me know. All dogs currently on my schedule of 7 weeks and under scheduling ahead have their “spots” in my book big and small. 💗

I haven’t been taking photos or posting much. No photo can top an old one of this queen. I can speak for all my groomer friends…well probably any groomer…every time we groom a dog of age or failing health you groom them like it’s the last time. You essentially say “goodbye” just in case. Using your favorite towels, spending longer on their favorite part of the routine, leaving time to snuggle. Ughhh. I didn’t see this one coming. I knew she was aging and she was a little slower but I’m crying in my salad right now.

If anyone ever wonders why I’m obsessed with grooming yorkies you can say it was this ladies fault. It’s my grandmothers heavenly birthday today. She was a dog lover too. She groomed her own.
