Good morning beautiful people. You guys know that when we retire our babies we place them with a Veteran. I currently don't have any however my cousin has to re-home her precious baby. He is NOT a schnauzer but he is a gorgeous 7 year old full blooded American Sapphire pit. He is up to date on all vaccinations, receives an annual heartworm preventative shot. He does have sensitive skin. His name is Gunner and he most likely needs a home with a single person or a family with older teens. He needs to be the only furbaby as he is very jealous. He will need to be put up for delivery people as he is territorial. He is used to a shock collar and a few acres to roam. He will escape anything else. He likes snuggles, sharing YOUR dinner, and laying in bed with you though he prefers sleeping in his own bed. He likes chasing squirrels....he will fetch but doesn't easily return the ball 😂. He is well mannered and not destructive. My cousin is willing to pay his future vet bills and to help getting him established in a new home. Vet just called. Indy pulled through surgery ok. She's still intubated and cold. Keeping her for warming and for observation. She said we can pick her up at 9 in the morning. Inguinal hernia is what the problem was. Just hope my girl is safe. She gets to retire and run the house!!!

Another hard devastating post.....
Indy update.....she has a hernia that a couple of the pups have pushed through the opening. Vet recommendation is to abort and spay. Leaving my girl behind tonight was one of the hardest things I've done in awhile. Please pray the surgery goes well.

Just finished breakfast and cleaning each other.... almost time to say goodbye to half of them.....Freya, Majesty and "Carol" will be missed. Two of the other three are available..... we MAY be keeping one 😁🤷‍♀️

Gave them some new toys.... still more interested in my fingers lol. Very playful puppies.

Blossom's pups were a little unsure....did not eat much but that is normal in my experience. Pee pad has been used..... I'd say a successful first day of weaning!
