Dental health is super important for your pet, swipe to see one heck of a before and after! 🦷🪥

Just like us, it’s important to watch the dental health of your pets, as tartar can lead to gum inflammation, tooth loss, and even infection, heart, lung, or kidney issues.

Normal brushing with a pet enzymatic toothpaste is a good way to help prevent dental disease, and regular dental cleanings by your veterinary clinic will help maintain the health of your pet’s teeth!

Our techs work hard to provide the best and loving care to all our patients, and we couldn’t be more proud to have them as part of the Antigua family!

Due to Hurricane Milton heading our way, we will be closed on Wednesday 10/9/24 and Thursday 10/10/24. We plan to re-open on Friday 10/11/24, as long as we have power and no significant damage.

We are very excited to announce that Dr. Chris Reinhardt will be joining the Antigua Veterinary Practice family! He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for veterinary care. He will be seeing appointments starting next week, and we cannot wait for you and your pets to meet him.

Dr. Reinhardt grew up on his family’s dairy farm in Ohio, which fostered his early love for animals. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky, followed by his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Ohio State University. After gaining valuable experience in Kentucky, Dr. Reinhardt traded snow for sunshine and moved to Florida, where he has been practicing for nearly a decade. His professional interests include dentistry, surgery, and enhancing the bond between pets and their owners.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Reinhardt enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, their young son, a calico cat, and two schnauzers. His leisure activities include watching his son explore the game of golf, relaxing on the beach, and off-roading in his Bronco. Dr. Reinhardt is looking forward to meeting everyone and their beloved pets. Go Bucks!
