As all our customers have noticed, we still only allow 1 family in our small reception area. I know the weather can be brutal but we have found that this has been so much safer for our canine AND human clients. We have many dogs that do not like other dogs and then we have dogs that are a bit too friendly. Please be courteous of people who arrive before you.
One thing that may help is if you show up at you assigned appointment time. Usually you are the only client assigned that time slot. We however have no control on when people come to pick up their dogs. Please be patient.
