The kids had a long day in the play yard, making sure that the pesky broom and hose that I was using did not escape from my hands.

Now they are lazing around on the deck while I get dinner ready for them.

the thing that tickles me so much about this series of pictures is that Sephie‘s expression never changes. And while she is a complete sweetheart, you would never know it with her don’t f*** with me expression, lol.

We’ve had another full house this week, and because many of our guests are little dogs, including eight - count ‘em - EIGHT Dachshunds (amongst several other wee ones), it’s easier to let them in and out in small groups based on size, lol.

This trying-to-be-patient-while-waiting-to-come-in-to-get-fed-dinner group features our rare trifecta of the black and whites: Stitch, Lilly and Bella.

These three are a hoot to host, smarter than most people I know, and absolutely keep me entertained.

I love the first couple of pictures, because at least two of the pictures are back to back and they show Lily, whom, within the second it took me to take the photo, switching places. 😂
