We are reaching out with an URGENT request for your help!

As an organization dedicated to the well-being companion animals, we strive to provide the best care possible. However, we've encountered a challenge that we cannot tackle alone.

Many of our clients lack safe carriers to transport their cats to our facility for essential services. Unfortunately, this puts both the cats and our staff at risk. Makeshift carriers can lead to escape attempts, creating dangerous situations for everyone involved. Some of our feline visitors are fractious and difficult to handle, which makes having a secure, hard-sided carrier even more critical.

We are seeking donations of small cat-sized carriers to loan to our clients. By providing these carriers, we can ensure that every cat arrives safely and is handled with care, minimizing stress for both the cats and our team. Your donation can make a real differece in the lives of these animals and the safety of our staff.

If you have a small cat carrier (like the one pictured below) that you no longer need, or if you would like to purchase a new one for donation, we would be incredibly grateful!

Thank you for considering this important request. Your support means the world to us and to the cats we serve!

Today is . When your pet is lost, a collar with ID tags might be the first step toward a happy reunion. Microchips can be scanned by veterinarians or shelters, but an ID tag can be read by anyone! Both are critically important ways to ensure your pet gets home to you if it's lost. Of course, you also want to be sure all your contact information is up-to-date!

With the nicer weather...Every year, about 100,000 dogs die because they ride in the back of trucks. And that’s just the number of dogs that die—even more get badly hurt.

Truck beds don’t protect dogs from the weather. On hot days, the metal floor can get so hot it burns their paws or skin. If a dog is left in the sun without water or shade, it can get heatstroke very quickly.

Even though dogs might look happy with the wind in their faces, dirt, dust, and other stuff in the air can hurt their eyes, ears, and lungs.

Never tie your dog to the truck bed. If the dog falls or jumps out, it could get strangled by the leash. This can happen in an accident or even if the dog just tries to jump out.

If your dog has to ride in the back of a truck, put it in a crate. Make sure the crate is tied down tightly so it can’t move around or fall out. This will help protect your dog from the wind and weather.

Keep your pets safe!
