Hey everyone!

After talking with the staff we have decided to close for one more day. 😖

Most of the staff is still snowed in and Telegraph is currently still down to one lane for each direction of traffic.

I apologize for any inconvenience. We will for sure be open again on Wednesday!

2025 is officially here! 😱🥳🤩🥳

And with a new year comes new changes, goals and resolutions! 😎

Let's first talk resolutions! Our New Year's photo day is supposed to be January 6th, which also happens to be the day we are supposed to get 7 feet of snow ❄️🌨☃️
We may close down entirely for that day and reschedule photo's for a different day that week, or the following Monday. We'll keep everyone posted as we learn more about what Mother Nature intends to do!
Speaking of New Years Resolutions - that is going to be our theme for the photo's. If your dog needed a New Years Resolution, what would it be? Get creative and think of their quirks, bad habits or cute moments! We'll write them down and have them included in the photo with your pup!

Now onto change! Leah and I are big fans of change. Especially change for the better 😁
Starting in January, the monthly photo days will be included with the unlimited monthly package (aka, the monthly subscribers). All you have to do is bring your pup that day and we'll automatically have them on the list to get their picture taken!

Our goal is to make your experience the best it can be and this is one small step in that direction!

Another one of our goals is to start offering custom made meals for any of our guests (canine 😉). Most likely, we will coordinate these with upcoming holidays. I'm extremely careful about what my personal dogs eat especially because it can be so beneficial to increasing the longevity and quality of their lives. So everything we make will be focused around health - but it will also have our own little twist of fun in there. 😀

We're all excited for what this upcoming year will bring at Cool Runners! We've been tossing around some fun ideas to enhance everyone's experience! So stay tuned for more! Or as The Carpenter's say, "We've Only Just Begun" 🤣

Our Christmas photo's are complete! Be sure to "like" or "follow" the Cool Runners page! There is a 2nd album that we will share shortly! All pictures are alphabetized so the first album covers dogs with names that start with "A" through "R" 🎅

Just a reminder that we changed our December pictures to be spread over a 3-day span. Pictures will begin on Saturday, November 30th. Our 2nd day will be Monday, December 2nd. And Tuesday, December 3rd will conclude our Christmas photos.

Reservations are not required but if you have an idea on a day you'd prefer please let us know as it helps us staff accordingly. 🙂

Pictures on Saturday will begin at 10:00am. 😀

Pictures on Monday and Tuesday will both begin at 9:30am. 😀

The price is $15 per dog and you'll receive a 5x7 printout and a digital copy e-mailed to you. Pictures will also be posted onto FB. 🙂

Christmas pictures are quickly approaching and we have a few bits of news to review. 😀

We will have Santa here for the Christmas pictures and we have decided to open up the photo's for multiple days. Our first day will be right after Thanksgiving on Saturday, November 30th. We will be doing pictures starting at 10am that day.
We will still be doing them on Monday, December 2nd (starting at 9:00am). And now we also do them on Tuesday December 3rd (starting at 9:00am). 🎅🎄

We are limited to about 60 photo's per day. There is no need to sign up but if you'd like to let us know which day you will be here it will help so we have an idea on how many to expect.

Pictures will still be $15 per dog and you'll receive the 5x7 print along with a digital copy e-mailed to you. We'll have more details to come as the dates get closer.

Our next bit of news is in regards to our operating system. We will be opening up access on the customer side by December. This allows you to see any upcoming reservations. Our old operating system will become obsolete on January 1st. We will no longer be able to access any old packages or pricing information that hasn't already been transferred over. If you've visited us at all in the last 6 months everything is good and switched over. 🙂
This is mainly for customers who haven't been by in 7 or more months.

And finally, we are in the process of getting new signs and updating the building further. Our social media pages will be changing to reflect our move. Our new main FB page will be at Cool Runners. By January 1st the Rosie's page will be left with a final update about where everything moved to.

Our daily FB photo's will still be found at Cool Runners Daily Daycare Photos. I know it's a bit confusing right now but it should all come together once January rolls around.

Our Thanksgiving photo's were a success! We hope you enjoy them!😄

Our Thanksgiving pictures will be posted later on tonight or early tomorrow. 🙂
The prints should be ready for pickup tomorrow afternoon!

Here's Walter's as a sneak preview!

Please bear with us as these take a while to get posted! It's a long process that starts with Morgan and Natasha getting pictures of each dog throughout photo-day. 📸

Once everyone is photographed Morgan loads all of the pictures onto the computer in the lobby. 💻
This is usually around 1,500 photos 🫣😳😬

We go through these as quickly as possible but always end up debating about which is the best for each dog. If we are ever stuck or disagree, we call in more staff to vote on the best picture - or we'll contact you (the dogs companion) 🙂

After all the final pictures are pulled, we contact Audrey - way down in good ole' Texas! 🤠 She creates the wonderful frames on all of the photo's and loads their pics into them!

Then they get re-uploaded to us and we post them onto FB and along with sending them out to be printed! 🖨

Once they are printed, I pick them up and bring them back here, where they get delivered to everyone! 😅

Now that Halloween is wrapped up we are gearing up for our Thanksgiving photo's! We are getting back onto the regular schedule of the first Monday of every month.

So on November 4th (this coming Monday) we will be doing our Thanksgiving photo day!

On December 2nd we will be doing our Christmas themed photo's.

On January 6th we will be doing the New Years photo's.

And on February the 3rd we will be doing our Valentine's day photo's.

Our Halloween photo project is complete! 😀

The dogs were awesome and loved getting to play dress up in front of the Haunted House!... Printed pictures should be ready for pickup anytime after noon tomorrow. 😁
