Ta**us is back for !! 🎉

Ta**us has been waiting for his forever family for more than 1️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ days, which makes him our longest resident 😢

Ta**us came to HSMO as a stray in May, and quickly became a shelter favorite. He is a very good boy who loves to learn new tricks and go for long walks.

Ta**us is now in a loving foster family where he can wait for his forever family to find him!

He has done well with other dogs, loves everyone he meets, and is a perfect adventure buddy!

Snoop came to HSMO last month after an incident near our Macklind shelter where Law Enforcement brought Snoop into our care.

Snoop has spent his time with us getting the love and care that he needed to be ready to find his forever home, and now it's his time!

Not Saphira!! 😂

Saphira made herself right at home on the floor at KSDK News , and when it was her time to shine Michelle Li gave her the best belly rubs! 💕

We can't say enough good things about the beautiful Saphira. She is a 2-year-old Beagle mix, but with ears like that what else do you think she could be mixed with?

Saphira does not know a stranger, she loves to meet new people and has the sweetest personality.

It's definitely her turn to find the forever home of her dreams!

Sam is clearly team Candy Corn! 🧡💛🤍

Sam is a 7-month-old Beagle mix pup! This gorgeous girl has the softest ears, sweetest face, and most interesting eyes!

We're not sure how Sam is still waiting for her forever family... maybe it's her polarizing taste in candy?

Bosco is a great sport as you can tell by this photo! He was ready and willing to be our sheet ghost this year!

Bosco is a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix who came to HSMO as a stray in September.

Bosco loves everyone he meets! When he's on his daily walks he is always pulling to say hi to anyone he sees 🥰

Watch out for the adorable Mustang who decided to dress up as a sparkly shark for Halloween this year 🦈✨

Mustang has been waiting for a forever home for almost a month!!

We're not sure why this sweetheart is getting passed by 😢

Mustang is a 3-month-old Cattle Dog mix, so he has lots of puppy energy, but he loves to play and snuggle!

BeeBop is forever home!! 🥳

BeeBop came to HSMO back in July and when he arrived he was very fearful and unsure of people.

It was impossible not to fall in love with his sweet face... from his one ear up and one ear down look, to the missing tip of his left ear, he is one handsome pup!

BeeBop waited patiently for his forever family to find him, and after two months we are so happy to say that he is now in a very loving home 💕

Let's celebrate another recent Gotcha Day! 🎉

Koda found his forever home last year and it looks like he's definitely living the life!

Here's what his mom shared about his first year:

"I can hardly believe it's only been a year since I welcomed Koda into my life! He is an incredibly loving dog.

Since bringing Koda home, he has become an emotional support animal on my college campus. He adores saying hello to everyone and excels at providing comfort to those in need. He’s wonderful with little kids, and despite being five, you wouldn’t guess it by his boundless energy and enthusiasm."

Rio is a 4-year-old Plott Hound mix 🐾

This handsome pup was adopted from HSMO as an adorable puppy back in 2020. He has ended up back in the shelter through no fault of his own, but he's ready to find a forever home!

Rio has lived in a home with another dog and done well, but he would prefer a forever home without cats.

Rio loves to get outside and be active, but he also loves to just be with his person wherever they are 💕

Happy from adoptable Waggington! 🎉

Waggington is a 10-month-old Pittie mix with the best ears!

Living in a shelter is hard on all dogs, but especially pups like Waggington. He needed a nice quiet home where he could decompress and we found him the perfect place!

This handsome pup is currently living in an awesome foster home where he is getting the chance to live the best life! 🏡

His foster home has other pups and with slow introductions he has adapted to having fur siblings!

It's impossible to resist Roxy's smile ❤

This beautiful red head is a 1-year-old Lab mix.

Roxy came to HSMO back in August. She was a little shy when she arrived, but thanks to our amazing staff and volunteers showing her patience her sweet personality has started to shine.

Spud is really trying hard to get out of bed this morning 💤

This goofball loves to roll around in his very comfy bed!

Spud came to HSMO back in June during an ACT rescue. But he's now officially ready to find a forever home of his own!

When a pup stays with us for such a long period of time our Behavior team gets to spend lots of time with them and he has quickly become one of their favorites 💕

Our Animal Cruelty Task Force rescues more than dogs and cats. Last year in June they rescued Riddle. Riddle was emaciated and covered in wounds. He was unable to stand on his own and our staff at Longmeadow Rescue Ranch provided round-the-clock care. Riddle turned out to be a fighter and made it! He’s now home for good!! 💗🐴
