🌨️ Trim the Fur Between Their Toes: Keep fur short to prevent ice and snow from clumping up and causing discomfort.

🧼 Wipe After Walks: Gently clean their paws after walks to remove ice, salt, and chemicals that can irritate or harm their skin.

🐾 Meet the Owners of Northern Pawz 🐾

Driven by a lifelong dream to own a business and work with dogs, I’ve been on an incredible journey. It all started in 2012 when I began providing top-notch care for dogs at a New York boarding facility. In 2020, I made a courageous move to Minnesota to be with my wife, Alicia and took on a role at a pet resort, where I eventually advanced to General Manager.

In 2023, I found my perfect haven in Stacy, MN, at Happy Paws. It was here that Elizabeth not only taught me the art of grooming but also prepared to pass on the reins of her business. I’m deeply humbled to carry on her legacy and overjoyed to be living my passion while being part of such a supportive, dog-loving community.

My wife, Alicia, is my rock. With her paralegal background and experience owning a business, she’s supported me every step of the way. Together, we juggle running Northern Pawz with making memories with our three kids—two daughters and a son. Our eldest daughter, at just 12, is already excited about joining the business and learning the ropes!

Of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our two energetic furry friends, Laynie and Luka—our Australian shepherd and Australian cattle dog—who fill our home with joy and laughter.

Our life is a vibrant mix of work, family, and love, all tied together with organized chaos—and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for supporting our dream and trusting us to care for your furry companions. We can’t wait to meet you and your dogs! 🐶❤️
