Congratulation to Indy🐾

Indy is a sweet but rambunctious pup who needed help finding balance. Her high energy made walks a challenge, settling down difficult, and handling her a bit overwhelming for her family.

🐾 Simone the Staffordshire Bull Terrier – Learning & Growing! 🐾

Congratulations to Simone. She completed part 1 of our Puppy All-inclusive training program. At just 10 weeks old, Simone is already stealing hearts! ❤️ This little Staffordshire Bull Terrier is full of energy, curiosity, and so much joy. But like all puppies, she needed a little help with structure to set her up for success as she navigates the big world around her.

In Part One of her training, we focused on:

✅ Building confidence – Helping her explore new environments without hesitation.
✅ Establishing routines – Learning how to settle, follow guidance, and start off on the right paw.
✅ Basic foundations – Introducing early skills that will shape her training in the months ahead.

🐾 Bodie the Red Heeler Mix – Sweet, Spunky, & Learning Control!🐾

Congratulations, Bodie. She just completed our two week board and traing program. Bodie is as sweet as they come! Her favorite things? Cuddles, zoomies, and more cuddles! But with all that energy, she was quick to break a command and always ready to come running in for affection. While we love that enthusiasm, we also wanted to help her find balance—so she can still be her happy, loving self while listening better and making life easier for her family.

Over the last two weeks, Bodie learned:

✅ Holding her stay– Learning that patience brings even more love and praise!
✅ Leash skills– So walks are fun, controlled, and not a game of tug-of-war.
✅ Minding her manners around her two sisters – Because harmony at home makes for a happier pack!

We’re super proud of Bodie and all her progress! She’s still got that big personality we love, but now she’s learning how to slow down and listen when it matters most. 🐶💛

Fenway’s Journey to a Better Life! 🐾

Fenway is a fun Vizla who had some strong opinions—especially regarding resource guarding or doing things he wasn’t exactly on board with. If he didn’t want to comply, he was quick to bark, growl, and even snap. Resource guarding and pushback made life a little challenging for his family.

But after completing our Three-Week Board & Train Program, Fenway has come a long way!
He’s learned to:

✅ Walk calmly on a leash, making outings more enjoyable
✅ Leave items when told, making resource guarding manageable
✅ Stay on his bed when guests arrive, keeping interactions calm and controlled
✅ Overall, become a better family companion!

🎓 Meet Banks: The Mini Labradoodle with a big personality and Improvements! 🎓

Banks graduated from our 10-Day Board and Train Program, and his transformation has been nothing short of amazing! This adorable mini Labradoodle came to us full of energy but needed help learning structure and boundaries. Before training, Banks loved to mouth and jump all over anyone who came close—fun for him, but a challenge for his owner!

Here’s what Banks accomplished in just 10 days:

✅ Learned to stay calm instead of mouthing and jumping.
✅ Mastered duration—he now knows how to stay in place calmly.
✅ Developed better focus and patience, making family time so much more enjoyable.
✅ Became a polite and pleasant part of the family.

Banks has come such a long way in just 10 days, and we couldn’t be prouder of the calm, respectful pup he’s become. His owner is excited to welcome him home with all his new skills!

🎉 Meet Penny: The Lovable and Spunky Poodle! 🎉

Penny came to Ridgeside K9 with all the energy and personality you’d expect from a poodle, but she also had a few “extra quirks” her family needed help with. After just three weeks in our Three-Week Board and Train Program, Penny’s transformation is incredible. Here’s what she accomplished:

In Arlington with Toes, an absolutely lovable golden retriever, who just completed a two-week board and train program. Toes needed to learn a bit more about boundaries, basic commands, and how to be more gentle despite his charming and enthusiastic personality.

Over the past two weeks, Toes has shown tremendous improvement. He’s now well-versed in basic obedience, understands the importance of boundaries, and has become much more gentle.

Say hello to Penny, a rambunctious puppy who has just completed part 1 of our Puppy All-Inclusive Board And Train Program! When Penny first arrived, she was a whirlwind of energy, eager but without much knowledge of how to channel her enthusiasm properly.

Over the past 10 days, she has made incredible strides in learning the basics every well-mannered pup needs to know. Penny has mastered walking on a leash, she walks calmly, staying by your side instead of pulling ahead; basic commands, ‘come,’ 'sit,' 'down,' and ‘place’ are now part of her vocabulary; placemat/bed training, a skill that helps her understand boundaries and safe spaces; patience, perhaps one of the biggest achievements and a vital trait for any young puppy.

These skills not only make life easier for Penny but also enhance the quality of life for her family. With these new abilities, Penny is learning to navigate the world more appropriately, setting her up for a happier, more balanced life.

We're so proud of Penny's progress and can't wait to see her back for part 2 of our program, where she'll continue to learn and grow. Implementing these skills at home will make a significant difference, and we look forward to hearing about her adventures and achievements until we meet again!
