Ned found a special home. The wonderful people at Spring Farm Cares Animal Sanctuary in New York state have an opening. He starts his trip from Texas to New York tomorrow. What a great ending to this story

Ned is a 2 1/2 year old male black shorthair. When Ned was born he was so small his owners had to bottle feed him. He was also born with back legs that are so bowed he sometimes walks on the sides of his paws and he suffers from arthritis. Something I have him on medication for. I ran across Ned about 1 1/2 years ago and have been taking care of him sense. My job on Texas end soon and I need to find a warm home for Ned. Ned also suffered a broken leg about 3 months ago but with work and care I have him walking again. So this is Neds story. Through all this he is still a wonderful creature to have around!

Ned is a 2 1/2 year old black short hair male cat that was born with back legs that are dwarfed and bowed to a point of handicaping him. He is an extremely undersized cat that spent the first 1 1/2 years of his life living in a closet or under furniture. I met Ned a year ago while working in Texas and knew he needed more attention and a safe home. My job ends here in a few months and I can't take him with me but I want to find him a loving home. Ned is on medicine for his legs, needs help getting on and off things and is a inside cat. But does love it outside with his caretaker. He loves to be held, has never been with another cat and doesn't seem to like dogs. They scare him. Ned only eats dry food and loves to play with your fingers. He will always need special attention but the payoff is the best feeling in the world. This little guy has become my best friend over the last year and I want to place him with the right person. I will follow this post with some pictures and videos.
