Hey everyone, it has been great getting to know each of you. You know how I am, I say it how it is. I must sell the pet store to be able to care for my family. As many of you know I have twin sons that have autism. They are both having seizures and one of my step daughters is also having seizures. My wife was born with a rare condition called PKU which has been increasingly affecting her. The store has been well established for 7 years with and has an exceptional reputation. It is located in the recession proof location of Happy Valley 4 miles from PSU main. It is considered an essential business which does not get closed due to pandemics and can remain open. The store is set up to begin grooming. All groomers in the area are booked for months in advance and do not take new clients so, the potential is unlimited. Rent is $1,600 per month. This includes retail space of 1,628 square feet and 3,200 square feet of storage area which is set up for online sales with unlimited potential. Retail sales which do not include potential grooming or online sales are over $200,000 per year. Price is to include all inventory, racks, aquariums, equipment and operating supplies (current value is $150,000. Much of this is not visible in the retail area). Very turnkey operation built on 35 years of experience. I wish to see the store continue and I am willing to assist with training. Bally's Casino will soon be opening and shares the same mall location which will increase the foot traffic significantly. I will be taking the best offer which can be any or any combination of cash, land, property or payment plans with the correct down payment. Fin fact of the day! Have you heard someone say “fish will only grow to the size of their aquarium”? Well - it’s a MYTH! If you put a larger fish species in a tank that is too small - one of 2 things will happen. The fish will either die from the stress of being cramped - or you will be able to put the fish in a bigger environment! Think of it this way - can a shark live happily in a 55g aquarium? Of course not! The same goes for goldfish and other larger fish species. Not sure what size fish to get for your tank? Ask us - we can help!
