Sparktallica and I took a quick trip to Tulsa, OK to show at the Breeders Invitational!
We made 2nd go and finished 7th in the 5/6 year old Ltd Open!
Continuing to have the best time seeing Alli improve and experience shows I’ve never been to!

One thing I love the most about training a horse is the everyday, just bringing one along work. Do your job everyday, showing one what is expected in bits and pieces then you look up one day and see a horse matured, happy, confident and willing to do anything you ask.

We’ve had big goals for Sparktallica since day one but it’s been one step at a time work.
Every year she just keeps getting better.

This spring she’s won 5k in NCHA with limited shows, flushed 2 embryos- Once In A Blu Boon and Rollz Royce.

She’s been around the roping pen her whole life but this week was the first time I’ve roped on her. Today was the first time I came out of the box on her. The Big dreams I’ve been waiting for are starting to become reality!

It’s going to be a beautiful weekend in Stephenville, TX!
I’ll be there from 2-5 today teaching the Cow Clinic! They will also have cow practices available after for anyone that couldn’t get into the clinic but wants to better prepare their horse for the show!

Amanda Foard and This Senoritas Smart are FINALS bound in the Limited Non Pro Boxing!!

They finished in the Top 15 out of 76 riders today!! They have worked extremely hard getting to know each other over the last year to make this happen!

Pops has been owned and loved by 2 people his entire life, requiring little to no maintenance.
Originally bred by, trained and shown by Lance Johnston through his Futurity and Derby years.
He then went to his next owner as a 4 year old to be shown in NRCHA boxing classes, VRH and SHTX shows.

Due to owner changing disciplines, Pops is looking for a new owner.

Pops is extremely good minded, easy to be around and ready to be shown in Non Pro boxing, fence or VRH classes.

You always hear the saying “it all comes down to the cow” and I can tell you Pops is a standout and will win the class from the cow work doesn’t matter if it’s Boxing, Box Drive or a Fence class!

He has all the maneuvers, easy lead changer and great on a cow.
He’d be a perfect starter cowhorse as he’s simple to ride with so much cow he’ll show you what to do! I can also see him being a fantastic high school rodeo cowhorse or SHTX collegiate horse!
