Since that time, generation after generation of Majenkir- bred Borzoi have continued to be successful in shows, specialties, and coursing events around the country, and the world. Since its beginning, Majenkir Borzoi have established an impressive record of wins not only for Majenkir, but for other kennels which have line bred on, or crossed into Majenkir bloodlines. We are proud of the accomplish
ments of the dogs close to home, but equally so of those who have achieved notable successes after adding a "dash" of Majenkir to improve soundness, for example, especially shoulder layback and set-on of neck, which improves overall gait and balance, whether in the show ring or the coursing field. Majenkir Borzoi are not only healthy and long-lived, they retain their youth over a longer period of time. Many Majenkir line-bred dogs have dominated wins at Specialties even from the Veterans class - check show results and pedigrees. Majenkir Borzoi have also established a dynasty of Top Producing sires and dams coming down from Snow Stag and his all-time Top Producing son, Gyrfalcon. Other well known producers include Ch. Majenkir Tsuperlative, Ch. Majenkir Mambrino, Ch. Majenkir Impressive, and Ch. Majenkir My Way whose offspring continue the tradition to this day.
