ATTENTION!!

With the hurricane damage and flooding at the trails at the Georgia International Horse Park, as well as the ongoing air quality issues of the BioLab chemical fire in the Conyers area, it is necessary for the safety of our participants to POSTPONE the planned GAHA 2024 Fall Trail Ride and Endurance Clinic scheduled for this coming Saturday, 10/5. Thank you for your understanding.

We expect to post a new date for this event next week.

Three generations attended, and got to know AA Mirafa and AA Pyeshona! The smiles reflect the fun and wonderful times they all shared!

Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC truly enjoyed hosting this special family for this wonderful nature-based photo shoot for Dad.

As I work on booking other clients, I thought I’d pause a moment to share this family portrait I took recently at Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC. Christy gifted her father a portrait session for Father’s Day. It was the first time I met them and by the time our hour was over, they felt like family. I think we might have even gotten Pastor Burns to smile once or twice. 😄

It is always a humbling experience to work with families to capture their memories! 📸 Thank You, from the bottom of my heart, for booking with me! 💞

Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC was pleased to host our MAH Raffle winner of the "Private Trail Ride for Two" Gift Certificate and his sister here on the farm. We had a great time talking about grooming and tacking the horses up to ride, learning the basics of horse control and riding, and then heading out to the pastures for a guided trail ride! We finished with the kids helping to feed the horses their post-ride snacks!

AA Mirafa

This beautiful gray mare with her sweet, dark eyes will steal your heart. Her gentle demeanor and kind nature are evident in how she interacts with people.

Mirafa was Alisa's first foal, so she was bred, raised and trained by her. "Rafa" competed in 25 and 50 miles rides, before joint compression led to her retirement. She is 23 years old in 2024, and is still ridden by our young and our beginner riders.

She is also a premier model for our photo shoots!

Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC, Rob Takken and I were pleased to introduce Endurance Riding to new and existing Arabian horse lovers at the Meet An Arabian Horse event at JAG Arabaians in Milton last Saturday. We described the training and conditioning, events available, perfomance criteria, and the wonderful community. It was fun to be part of the event!

It was a perfect day yesterday for the successful first annual “Meet An Arabian Horse” Open House at Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC in Stockbridge, Georgia. We want to thank all of our wonderful guests for their attendance, and express our sincere appreciation to our ten exceptional volunteers/speakers for their time and support.

It was a great opportunity to share our love of the Arabian horse, and to highlight its beauty, intelligence and versatility to the public. Our incredible equines for the day, six mares and one guest gelding, demonstrated the breed’s intuition, grace and athleticism as they interacted with our many visitors.

For those whose interest was piqued, we would love to host you back to the farm for a personalized experience tailored to your interests and goals. We provide educational sessions, lessons, trail rides, special event celebrations, photo shoot opportunities, equine assisted therapy, and overnight layovers. Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC was tickled to host this little cutie and her Mom for her professional photoshoot with Wish Upon A Star Photography! Our young mare, AA Aatxyla, did a fine job initially, and then beautiful AA Pyeshona stepped up for some lovely photos in the pasture and under saddle.

SAVE THE DATE – MAY 11th

May is Arabian Horse Month, and Ahavah Arabian Adventures, LLC is pleased to sponsor an Open House to “Meet An Arabian Horse” on May 11, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our farm at 40 Love Terrace, Stockbridge, GA 30281.

We extend a welcome to individuals, families, and children of all ages to this educational outing on the farm, where they can meet, touch and interact with a herd of Arabian Horses. We will share our insights into these majestic creatures, their intuitive nature, their partnership with humans and their amazing intelligence.

The public is welcome, but we ask participants to please RSVP (provide names/ages/contact number) with an E-mail to [email protected] so we can manage upcoming attendance and parking. We will also send a liability release which must be signed and brought that day to participate. We look forward to seeing you in May!
