Hi Clients,
We hope everyone had an amazing holiday. Due to the abundance of cancellations and no shows in the 2022 year, and the few days into the new year, Paw Spa will have to implement a very strict late/no show/cancellation policy for 2023 and future years. We love all of our clients and want to be able to service all of you. We understand that life can happen and emergencies come up, but we do need more than 48 hours notice for cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If we are not given notice, then we are not able to fill the spot, and we lose out on income.
Cancellations:
Ideally we need 48 hours for cancellations. If we are given less than 48 hours notice there will be a $25 fee for the cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment. (PER DOG)
For cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice- you will be responsible for 50% of your dogs groom price. (PER DOG)
No Shows:
For any no call/no shows- you will be responsible for FULL price of the groom, and be required to place a deposit to schedule a future appt. (PER DOG)
Late Fee:
For clients 10 minutes late or more to drop off for their appointment, there will be a $10 fee. Also note, If you are more than 15 minutes late. There is no guarantee that we will still be able to groom your dog. You may have to reschedule and then will be charged a fee. (PER DOG)
Late Pickup Fee: For clients late to pickup 15 or more minutes: There will be a $5 fee. (PER DOG)
