Update for my last post about our VIP express groom appointments!

Starting in January we will have 1 day each week dedicated to these appointments. For the remainder of this year we have 2 set dates with slots open! These will be 1-2 hour appointments, in a one on one stress free environment.

These dates are MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11, and MONDAY, DECEMBER 2. Spots are limited and filling quickly so if this is something you are interested in please give us a call. ☺️

Hi everyone! I'm excited to announce that we will be offering a new service! We will have one day a month dedicated to a new VIP express service, for those who prefer to have their pets in an out within 2 hours in a low stress, one on one environment. There will be an additional fee of $15 for small dogs, $20 for medium dogs, and $25 for large dogs for these express appointments. Give us a call or ask about this service at your next appointment if you are interested.

Happy Sunday from Timber! ☺️ We have a few things to go over about the operations of our salon.

-At this time, we have 1 groomer. In order to provide your pet with a quality groom and a comfortable experience, we will be limiting the number of dogs we do per day to reflect only having 1 groomer. We are currently booked for FULL GROOMS until the first week of November, and highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment. The holidays are right around the corner!

-We try to accommodate time restraints as much as possible. We require a minimum of 4 hours per appointment, varying based on individual dogs' unique needs/grooms. If you need an express appointment, please provide notice at least 24 in advance. In addition, we ask that you please do not come into the salon before you are called to pick your pet up. This disrupts the grooming process. Due to safety reasons- if your dog is on the table being worked on, we will be unable to complete the groom.

-Most of you know my sweet babies, Emery and Evan. I have them every other week, and during those weeks we will be closing by 4:00 to enable me to have adequate time to pick them up from school and daycare. If you are late to pick your dogs up during these weeks, there will be a late pick-up charge if there is an employee available to stay with your pet and wait. If not, your pet will be boarded until someone can meet you at the salon, and there will be an additional boarding fee. I understand this is an adjustment and we will work with everyone the best we can. If you know you will need a late pick up time, please let us know in advance so we can move your appointment to a week that we do not close early. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

-We will no longer be able to do walk-in nail trims. We ask that you call in advance and we will schedule you at the appropriate time that day, or a day that works for you.

Happy Saturday everyone!

As some of you may have noticed, our AC unit has stopped working properly and we are waiting on it to be replaced. The weather forecast shows temperatures of 99-100 degrees for Monday and Tuesday. As a result, we will be closing for the well-being and safety for not only your pets, but our employees. I will keep everyone updated, and I am forever grateful for your patience. 🫶
