Happy Saturday everyone!

As some of you may have noticed, our AC unit has stopped working properly and we are waiting on it to be replaced. The weather forecast shows temperatures of 99-100 degrees for Monday and Tuesday. As a result, we will be closing for the well-being and safety for not only your pets, but our employees. I will keep everyone updated, and I am forever grateful for your patience. 🫶

💥 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT💥

Things have been wild and rocky and I cannot quite find the words to express my gratitude to those of you who have been with me along for the ride these past few weeks. I have been trying to figure out the best way to go about everything and it has been a challenge.

Ultimately, I have come to the decision to completely start over starting March 1st as Scruffy to Fluffy grooming salon, owned by myself, Torie. We will be working our current schedule for the remainder of February, but starting March 1st we will be starting fresh with a new schedule. Pretty Pups is fully booked for multiple groomers until April and I've wrestled with how to rearrange the schedule in a practical manner. There is no way to reschedule so many without having to book out into September and October. With that being said, our books are wide open and ready to start scheduling in March. Please contact us ASAP to get rescheduled.

I understand this is not quite an ideal situation but I am trying to make the best decisions to enable my children and myself to move forward and function properly.

I truly value all of the words of encouragement and support and I am looking so forward to starting this new chapter with you all. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

I just wanted to post a quick update, as things here at the shop have been crazy. At this time, Nick will not be returning to Pretty Pups until further notice.

I cannot express how much I appreciate everyone's kind words and understanding throughout this whole ordeal. I'm sure for some of you who have been with us since the beginning, this may give you a bit of de ja vu. However, I assure you that I am doing everything in my power to keep everything running like normal. With that being said, unfortunately we will have to adjust our schedule to reflect being down a groomer. I understand this is a frustrating thing to have to deal with, but I am so thankful for those who have been so understanding. At this time I have taken on responsibilities of everything in my household and business, so please bare with me as I try to navigate through this incredibly difficult situation, and try to figure out the best course of action.

We are up and running, and will continue to do so. Please feel free to call or message us with any questions or concerns.

⚡️ Update ⚡️

We will be back open for our normal hours this week, and I sincerely appreciate everyone's understanding for closing the end of last week

Nick will be out for at least the next couple of weeks to deal with some medical issues. I understand some of our clients are groomed strictly by Nick, and I will work with you as much as possible until he returns.

I truly appreciate your understanding at this time. If anything changes I will let you know.

Due to an emergency situation that is completely out of my control, we are closing the shop for the rest of the week at LEAST. I will be in touch with everyone ASAP about rescheduling your appointments. We hope to be back open at the beginning of the week but are unsure at this time. We hope you all had a very merry christmas, and Happy New Year! We are back to our normal operating hours, Tuesday through Saturday.

Our Saturdays have been booked through the year and we are now doing a waiting list ONLY for Saturdays. (This does not include nail trims, or our bath/nails/ears package)

We are currently booked through the last week of February, so do not hesitate to go ahead and secure your spot!

Wishing our Pretty Pups family a very Merry Christmas!! 🎄

We will be closed from now until Monday, January first. We will reopen on TUESDAY, JANUARY 2ND.

We have had some signs up in the shop for a while, and wanted to make an announcement about a price increase effective January 2, 2024. The prices of our tools and products have been steaduly going up over the past year. We are reluctant to do so, however we find it nevessary to implement a general price increase of an average of $5-$10. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will adress specific concerns on an individual basis.
