My name is Lainie Davis and I created blinged out breast collars as and affordable option for bling tack. In 2022 I really wanted to purchase a bling breast collar but they where just completely out of my price range so I decided to make one. I found it enjoyable and have been asked by people if I would make and sell them and that’s exactly what I decided to do. My goal is to make quality breast collars at an affordable price.
