📢 Important Updates - PLEASE READ🐾✂️
Hi everyone!
I wanted take a minute and give you a schedule update as well as some other minor changes in operation going forward.
Also just a heads up I WILL BE OUT OF OFFICE AUGUST 16-26!
First & foremost:
🚫 Not Currently Accepting New Clients
This year has been insanely busy which is amazing! At this time, I am not accepting new clients so I can focus on providing the best service and care to my existing furry friends.
📅 Booking in Advance
At the moment I am booking 8+ weeks out for appointments. I unfortunately can no longer accommodate last-minute appointments, cancelations or reschedules. I always recommend booking 2+ appointments out to make sure your pet stays on schedule!
💻 Scheduling Appointments
Unless you’re scheduling your next appointment in person with me, ONLINE BOOKING is the quickest, easiest and most efficient way to get on the schedule! Link is always in the bio of this page- and I’ll also put it at the end of this post. ⬇️
Booking by text is still welcome but please be aware of response times (read more below).
🔑🏠 Latch-key Service
Just a reminder that I offer latch key service for NO additional charge! You do not have to be home for your pets appointment, please just inform me if you need this service & entry instructions prior to your pets appointment if you will not be home.
And lastly ..
🛑 Phone & Message Policy
Mondays will now be my day to return any/all missed messages.
For safety and efficiency, I am unable to answer calls or messages during regular business hours when I’m on the road or with a client. Any non urgent messages and responses will be prioritized on Mondays if I’m not able to respond sooner.
If you are an existing client just looking to make an appointment, online booking is always available and convenient!
