Ethel is missing all of her siblings now that they've all gone home. To all of the families who adopted Festus, Bonnie, Jed, Sampson, George, Jake, Dixie and Baby D., thank you for loving these babies as much as we have for the past 8 weeks. Our house is feeling a bit empty without them so please continue sending us pictures so we can see them living their best Basset lives!!

Got our microchips put in today and now we are snoozing in the car. Did we like it? No. But was it worth it? Absolutely!!

We start going home to our forever families tomorrow!!

Aren't we getting chunky!?! We are 2 weeks old tomorrow and are starting to open our eyes a bit. We spent the day outside in our playpen so that we can start getting familiar with new smells and now that our ear canals are opening, we will get to hear the birds chirping, wind chimes, lawn mowers and vehicles. All of this prepares us for various noises so that we don't startle easily as we get older ❤️

🥳 Happy 3rd Birthday to this stud muffin, Mr. Patrick Roman Rorrer!! Such a sweet, adventurous soul that never met a stranger. This guy is literally on a first name basis with more of our neighbors than we are! LOVED is an understatement! ❤️🐾❤️

I have the babies for 5 more nights and we begin night time crate training this weekend. Their own crates and beds in their final days here will help ease the separation anxiety when they go home without their mom and litter mates. Raising puppies responsibly is not an easy job y'all! 💤
