🌟 Fun Fact Friday: Natural Flea & Tick Prevention with Diatomaceous Earth! 🌟

Did you know that Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is a fantastic natural solution for keeping fleas and ticks at bay? 🐾✨

What is Diatomaceous Earth? Diatomaceous Earth is a powdery substance made from the fossilized remains of tiny aquatic organisms called diatoms. It’s rich in silica and has unique properties that make it an effective pest control agent.

Benefits of Using Diatomaceous Earth:

Non-Toxic: DE is safe for humans and pets when used correctly. It’s a great alternative to
chemical pesticides. 🌿

Effective: DE works by dehydrating fleas and ticks, causing them to die. It also helps prevent future infestations. 🐜

📌In the Home: Sprinkle DE on carpets, pet bedding, and other areas where fleas and ticks are likely to be. Leave it for a few hours, then vacuum thoroughly. Repeat as needed. 🏡🧹

🐾 Pet of the Week: Lily (formerly Gemma) 🐾

🐶Meet Lily, our adorable 2 1/2-year-old sweetheart! Rescued by Mable's Mission just hours before she was to be euthanized at PBACC in January, Lily's story is one of hope, love, and faith. Thanks to her amazing foster home, she was able to rest and adjust in a loving environment until her furever family found her👨‍👩‍👦🏡.

⭐️And what a furever family she got! Lily now has a wonderful Mom, Dad, a 2-legged brother, and a 4-legged brother named Gentry. Her family is dedicated to feeding Lily the healthiest diet, preparing her meals and treats themselves. Her Dad even dehydrates meats for her!

🌅Lily's days are filled with naps, extra loves from Mom, and endless play sessions. She adores her interactive puzzles, but her splash pad is her absolute favorite💦.

🏡We are so grateful to Lily's furever family for giving her the loving home she deserves. Thank you for being such a valued customer and for your dedication to giving Lily the best life ever!🩷
