Meet our founder:
Right at Home Animal Nursing was founded by Lauren Eichenbaum. Her passion for working with animals began at a young age, and her early ambition to become a veterinarian led her to the University of Connecticut, where she earned a BS in Animal Science. Through her hands-on experience in veterinary hospitals, Lauren discovered her true calling was in veterinary nursing care, which inspired her to pursue accreditation as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). She went on to earn her AS in Veterinary Technology from Bel-Rea Institute of Veterinary Technology and became a CVT in 2011.
Over the years, Lauren gained extensive experience in various small animal hospitals, including serving as Lead Surgery Technician at Broadview Animal Hospital of Milton in Milton, NH. After relocating to southeast Florida with her husband and one-eyed pug, Buccaneer, Lauren recognized a need in her community and founded Right at Home Animal Nursing in 2025.
At Right at Home Animal Nursing, our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, in-home veterinary nursing care that strengthens the bond between pets and their owners.
