‼️Notice of Annual Service Price Adjustment‼️
Thank you for your continued trust in Pretty Paws with your loving pets. We value your loyalty and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service.
To ensure we can continue to meet your needs with the same level of quality and care, there will be slight adjustments to our pricing yearly.
This adjustment reflects rising operational costs and our ongoing investments in enhancing the services we provide to you. We’ve worked to keep this increase as minimal as possible while maintaining the value you’ve come to expect.
**Also effective January 1st, revision of our No Show/Cancelling inside of 48 business hours policy.
If you No Show or cancel/reschedule inside 48 business hours, Payment of 1/2 the grooming service will be needed before scheduling next appointment.
After 3rd No Show/Cancellation you will be required to pay a deposit equal to full grooming service at scheduling for all future appointments, that will be applied to grooming service. This is a non refundable deposit, if you reschedule in the appropriate time frame, it will be applied to your future groom, if you wait until you are within the 48 business hour window, payment is not applied to your future groom service, you will loose the deposit and be required to make a new deposit if you want to reschedule.
