As you may be aware, Vesicular Stomatitis (VS), a viral disease that affects horses, cattle and other hooved animals, is continuing to spread across Kansas. There are currently 12 counties in KS that have had confirmed cases, as well as cases in Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona. VS causes a fever and blister like lesions and scabs on the lips, tongue, muzzle, ears and coronary bands in horses. It is transmitted by flies and mosquitoes as well as direct contact between animals. It is a reportable disease because its clinical signs are similar to Foot and Mouth Disease in cattle. If you suspect your horse may have VS, please contact your veterinarian for further information. It is important to note that regulations are changing daily for the transport of KS horses across state lines. Additional permit numbers may be required and health certificates may be valid for a shorter period of time (Ex: 48 hours instead of 30 days). Plan ahead and contact your veterinarian before interstate travel. Further information about VS in Kansas (as well as a map of affected counties) can be found at www.agriculture.ks.gov/VSV

Beautiful location with many amenities for trainers and all horse enthusiasts. Our main barn has 12x12 stalls, 2 wash racks (one on each side), bathrooms, tie-up racks, tack lockers, viewing room, and a bright 160x70 indoor arena! We also have round pens outside, one 60’ and one 100’. Our outdoor arena is 200’x300’ to host an assortment of equine activities. The pastures are spacious and all have shelters. Our own private trail off the property follows the along the river and has beautiful spots to take a dip in the summer and watch bald eagles in the winter. For longer adventures, we are only a mile away from the trail head at the end of Mann rd.
Monthly rates:
Stall and turnout- $475
Pasture- $300
Additional tack locker- $30
Additional feeding requirements and self care options vary in price.

Stalls and trainer’s tack room open now!! Beautiful location with many amenities for trainers and all horse enthusiasts. Our main barn has 37 stalls (12x12), 2 wash racks (one on each side), bathrooms, tie-up racks, tack lockers, viewing room, and a bright 160x70 indoor arena!
