*****SHE IS IN THE MIDDLE OF HEALING AN ABCESS IN HER HOOF*****
She is the epitome of a pocket pony. She bonds so so quickly to whoever feeds her and works her. She loves my kids, especially my 1 year old. She nibbles at him so gently and he thinks it's the funniest thing. And my 4 year old loves to walk her around and give her treats. She loves nose and face pets so much from him.
PROS!!!
She is broke but LAZY
Lead lines perfect.
Lunges both ways very gently in a walk trot and canter
Has never offered to buck or kick
Loves to be brushed head to toe
Will stand and not move while being saddled
Has no problem with a mounting block
LOVES being hosed down with water
Loves loves loves little kids and is so careful when they around her
She's incredibly gentle with any horse or animals just in general. She tiptoes around my dogs cats and chickens. Very aware of her feet
Easy trail riding horse and will go ANYWHERE with other horses and in a group just fallows easy easy easy
I can ride her, my husband can ride her and we lead my 4 year old sun around n her, when I lead my 4 year old son around I don't even use a lead rope she just fallows me all over the place while he sits on her back and yells giddy up and kicks all up on her sides.
**Coggins in hand and just had her teeth floated June 30th**
CONS!!!
I WOULD NOT SAY SHE IS KID SAFE BUT POSSIBLY BEGGINER SAFE.
She loves it on the property and is very comfortable and calm and if she is with a group of horses she doe's really well but riding out alone the first few times it's a struggle to make her move she gets so distracted and wants to go back to everyone. On my property she is broke of that habit but it will probably pop up again once she goes to a new home.
She gets very nervous going into town away from everyone. She isn't explosive or has panic attacks in any way she's just very watch-e and slow to lead around.
As of right now she is not ridable because she is healing from her abscess but we are hopin
