Hello everybody my name is Easton, I am currently available for adoption at the SPCA and will soon start my training. I say soon because as you can see I am so scared I can barely move. Sometimes I can even be territorial over my kennel I don’t mean to I’m just so scared. This video of me was taken about a week ago check out my progress next!

We are so happy to say MJ was quickly adopted by this wonderful woman! Although MJ wasn’t able to show you all her training process she definitely put on a good show for her new forever family and will continue training with us if need be. Have an amazing life MJ we love you!

Hello! I’m MJ, I am a 4 year old German shepherd and I have been selected to undergo basic obedience training along with three other residents here at the SPCA! Soon I will be demonstrating all that I have learned so far in a video with assistant trainer Makayla Robinson. Today I just wanted to introduce myself because I’m pretty shy so Makayla and I are trying to build a strong bond and trust first that way training doesn’t overwhelm me, I am a German Shepherd after all. OH and something exciting happened! I finally learned how a POOL works it’s so refreshing. I love the water now and I love to fetch the ball. Come check me out!

Hey everybody do you guys remember Phoenix! He was in our 2-week basic obedience course while awaiting adoption at the SPCA! Well get ready to say congratulations because he has finally been adopted! Phoenix AKA Theodore now has found his forever home with a great mom and three amazing, fun and friendly children! Although we did not show much of his progress like our other videos that is because assistant trainer Makayla focused more on socialization with Theodore which needed more time. During his time in training he has learned the basics with Makayla such as place, sit, down, stay, recalls and is now housebroken. This little rascal will be missed but he will continue getting such great love from his family!

Welcome Ramsey to our training program as she awaits for her forever home! Here at My Buddy K-9 Training we’re trying to switch things up to keep our audience engaged and interested. During the video you’ll see a few recalls that Makayla and Ramsey will demonstrate from various distances. We are also showing a more in-depth version of the stay command by having Ramsey “place” and stay then walking around her, this test the dogs patience and concentration. Hey I got adopted too! My best buddy Tommy Boy would be so proud and happy for me! I’ve got a new sister who almost looks just like me I hope we can be the best of friends. I’ve got new parents too and they’re going to take such good care of me. I hope I can learn all sorts of things in addition to the training I learned here under my trainer! My name is Maximus and I’m off to a great life I wish the best for the rest of my buddies at the SPCA❤️. P.S I’m in the middle haha my new twin sister is on the right😉

Hey everybody look I got adopted! Me, Lorenzo can you tell how happy I am, I’ve waiting for this day for as long as my doggy brain can remember! I’m going to have so much fun with my new brother here beside me! Also with my training while I was staying at the SPCA under assistant dog trainer Makayla Robinson I’ll be able to show my family how well mannered I am I’m a very good boy! Thank you so much for taking me home.

Today another one of our amazing residents here at the SPCA has finally been adopted! During Cleo’s time with us she underwent the same basic obedience training as her buddies Tommy Boy, Maximus, and Lorenzo under the same assistant trainer Makayla Robinson. Cleo went to a wonderful home and will enjoy her life with her new owner!

We are so happy to announce that Tommy Boy has finally been adopted! Tommy was a resident here at the SPCA and underwent training with assistant dog trainer Makayla Robinson. Murphy Jane has been in our advanced training course for a few months now. She is currently learning hide and seek. Murphy is the service dog of a young girl with epilepsy so learning how to play hide and seek will help Murphy be able to find her owner when her name is called, “Murphy come find me”. Though we do basic command training, another professional company will be training her to detect epilepsy when she leaves us.
