Team TCS has been on their A-game recently! We rounded out the summer season at CMHSS the last weekend of September, and came into October strong!
We took a lovely group of horses and kiddos to Mount Holyoke's breast cancer awareness show last weekend wearing our best smiles, costumes, and pink accessories. We are so proud of our riders achievements this year and we cannot wait to carry it into the winter and our newly developed IEA team!

FRESH RIGHT OFF THE PRESS!!!

We finally got our long awaited order of Common Stables gear just in time for the holidays!

Below is a list of items we have and prices to go with them! ALL QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED! Items are on a frist come first serve basis.

All orders that are placed and paid for by 8pm on Thursday night will be available for pick up on Friday after 12 and Saturday morning!

We are offering Summer Programs again this year!

Please join us for our Summer Horsemanship Programs offered July 10-12th and August 14-16!

During these 3 days riders will get to learn and experience new activities and daily farm life! Riding and caring for our equine friends is just a start of the fun that riders will get to enjoy during these 3 packed days!

First camp of the year was a success! The kids took part in learning about barn management, horse care, riding (of course), and had a blast uncovering the secret treasure that was hidden on the property! Along with making delicious cupcakes for the horses to enjoy, and maybe sneaking some frosting for themselves to! Big thank you to all the volunteers that helped this week and hope to see some back for our July camp (post to come soon).

Hip hip hooray! Did some one say Birthday? Mr.Stonewall Jackson is 19 years old today! He is one of the favorites among the lesson program here at TCS, so if you see him this week make sure you wish him a happy birthday!

For on farm lease ONLY:

"Hunters Gold Bar" aka Devon 8yr Appaloosa gelding. We are looking for the right person to half lease Devon. Devon is currently schooling 2'6" but once in jumping shape can do 3' with scope for more. He is currently in our lesson program but does better with the same rider consistently. Devon is very talented and knows his job but is very sensitive to his riders and picks his people. He is not a fan of other horses so is not a good fit for the hunter ring and excels in the jumper world. Devon is known to throw a buck here and there when the rider is too heavy on his mouth, or he gets confused on what is being asked. So, we are looking for an intermediate to advanced rider, will be picky for the right fit as we want to see him excel. Opportunity to show is available and highly encouraged!

Ernie 2015 14.1hh gelding. We bought Ernie as a potential lesson horse for our program, but he was greener than we had anticipated. Ernie was in a consistent work schedule last summer with us and was doing fantastic, but unfortunately, we no longer have the time to work with him, so he has been sitting all winter. He is the sweetest boy on the ground but does get very anxious under saddle as he is still learning to have a rider on him and gets very forward when you put leg on him. He stands perfect on cross ties, loads well, stands for the farrier/vet and bathing. Ernie is barefoot, and UTD on everything. Ernie needs a trainer or advanced rider to bring him further along under saddle. Ernie does well in a group turnout setting, or by himself. Nice quiet Superbowl Sunday at Folly Farm! Kenzie did a great job over fences and on the flat! Along with our new barn dog Memphis learning the way of the show days!
