A little late posting this, but I'm advertising my latest print, the 2024 Michigan State Duck Stamp (print and stamp sold together). I have a signed and numbered, limited edition of 40 artist proofs plus matching stamps (also signed) for sale for $100 each + $15 s/h in the US (compared to $150 that I've sold my past stamp prints for). For an additional $10, I'll add a signed copy of my duck book, Small Water Waterfowling (regularly $24.95). So... print/stamp for $115 or print/stamp/book for $125. For an additional cost, you can also have your print remarqued with a small original acrylic painting (see examples). These will make great Father's Day Gifts for the Dad who has everything waterfowling, like me. They're moving fast, so don't wait!

Been a while since last posting any art on my site here, but I have a couple of new images to show you. The chocolate Lab is a commission for a fella on the West Coast. He wanted his dog Luna in one of their blinds they frequent in a public hunting area, with a few pintails and a morning sunrise. The second image will be my latest Michigan duck stamp, this one for 2024, titled "Broadbills on the Bay." For all you bird dog folks, getting a painting done in the off-season is a great way to immortalize them, and pay tribute to everything they've done for you each season. After a few days in Arkansas and seeing all the white-fronted geese, I decided to make last year's federal duck stamp entry into a small 7x10 print, titled "A Day To Remember." The theme was celebrating hunting heritage, so I painted a Lab retrieving a banded speck. Edition size is 100 giclee prints on watercolor paper, priced at $50/print + $10 s/h.
