Please consider fostering if you have some extra space. All shelters in the area are at maximum capacity. Summer is the worst time for rescues. If you can't foster or adopt, consider making a monetary donation to your local animal shelter.

BARCS is located at 2490 Giles Rd., Baltimore, MD 21225. We are open from 2-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
