Don't forget that as the longest term resident of the shelter, we are sponsoring Aviva's adoption fees so she is FREE. And once she is adopted we will sponsor the next longest serving resident. And then the next. And then the next...

If you haven't already, make your plans and order your calming meds from your vet TODAY, and don't forget that fireworks often happen several days BEFORE and after July 4 so being prepared now is vital.

We can do it all, from a simple nail trim up to a full groom or total shave down, with all kinds of trims and services in between. With our AKC certified groomer now on board, from 6/30 we will be GROOMING FULL TIME MON-FRI so we will have more flexibility and short notice availability to suit you.

We are delighted to announce that Matthew Miller will be joining us from next week as our newest groomer. Not only will this enable us to provide full time grooming services, he is also uniquely qualified as one of the only, if not THE only, AKC CERTIFIED GROOMERS in the area. Although still new to grooming, working in conjunction with Arlo, our wonderful existing trainee groomer, Matthew will bring a unique set of skills and qualifications to our grooming business to help us to further set ourselves apart and bring you the best experience for your dog.

We at Best Day Ever are very privileged to be able to sponsor the adoption fees for the longest serving dog in the Jackson County Animal Shelter. At the moment it's Axel who we know personally, and he is a great dog who seems to love every person and every dog. He deserves a good home and now with our help he may be able to find it a little more easily.

And once Axel is adopted, we will sponsor the next longest serving resident. And when they are adopted, the next. And then the next. Until maybe one day there will be no one left to adopt🤞 That is our commitment to our community and their dogs. Because they all deserve a good home and a second chance and a loving family.

If you're considering a new best friend then look no further!

Sarah, the owner of Best Day Ever, is also the President of ARF, the Humane Society of Jackson County. On Saturday 5/24 we will be at Country Road Farms Tack & Western along with Jackson County Animal Shelter, with plenty of adoptable dogs to meet and cuddle, and lots of information about how you can help us to help our community's animals with our spay/neuter, foster and adoption, and volunteer programs.

Come see us. You know you need puppy kisses and a new best friend! ❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶
