Having Carly the 15 1/2 year old tripod here every Monday morning to hang out with her friends is the BEST start to the week you could ever ask for β€οΈπΆβ€οΈπΆβ€οΈπΆ
Reason #274 why dogs sleep so well after daycare, and why we let everyone play together, regardless of size β€οΈπβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ

Bodie is 'special'. Please don't ask me to explain. Because I DON'T KNOW ππππ
20 kids of all ages and sizes and breeds. From 6 months old up to 13 years, from 25lbs up to 130, from Aussies to huskies to setters to Heinz 57s. All happily hanging out together doing their thing. Social daycare. It's what we do best at Best Day Ever, and it's what makes them so tired at the end of the day! β€οΈπβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ

Ludo's love language is shouting VERY LOUDLY in the face of a girl he likes (he's still working on his dating skills!). Josi is deaf. This is not a match made in heaven πππ
Lily and Daisy. They're besties. Size is irrelevant πππ

Another great example of a wonderfully natured GSD settling into daycare on his first day without a problem. Jax is a young chap who hasn't socialized much, but he has a great temperament and just the right submissive but quietly confident attitude.
Within half an hour he was following the pack and being followed, tail wagging, showing interest in play, and exploring everywhere - and he's even found his voice. It just takes time, a watchful eye, gradual introductions, and a great bunch of dogs, and before you know it they're all having their Best Day Ever! β€οΈπβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ
Also available at Best Day Ever. Daycare for black furry sharks ππ¦πππ¦πππ¦π
Josi (in the pool) is one of three deaf dogs we are honored to be entrusted with here at Best Day Ever. As you can tell, being deaf doesn't slow her down one bit! Also, she could find herself a boyfriend (or two!) in an empty room because she's just that cute! πβ€οΈππ¦πβ€οΈππ¦
These kids have got the right idea in this crazy heat! Kind of tempted to have a little paddle myself πβ€οΈππ¦πβ€οΈππ¦
We have 4 newbie floofs today, soon to become regulars - Wilson, Dougal, Izzy, and Josi. Loki the doberman is a regular. Just look at how well they're playing after only 10 minutes! Socialization with other dogs is so important, because they get something from it that they can't get from their interactions with us.
That's why our daycare is an entirely social environment. Large and small play together, hang out together, nap together. They brush up on their social cues, and puppies in particular (we have 3 under a year here today) really learn how to fit into a 'pack' and make friends the right way. And they go home tired and happy and ready for their next Best Day Ever! β€οΈπβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ
Dogs + sunshine + sprinkler = happyπβοΈπ¦πβοΈπ¦
What a wonderful way to start the week and a very rainy Monday! Little Baby Justice the vizsla is an older stateswoman at 10 1/2, and a newbie today. Lillie is 10 years younger and a frequent regular. They met 20 minutes ago, and just look at them - they could not be happier! Age, breed, size, energy level are no barrier to ANY dog enjoying social daycare if it's done right.
At Best Day Ever they get to play as much as they want, relax as much as they want, and interact with other dogs and us as much as they want. That's why they go home happy and tired and want to come back again and again. That's our job, because tired happy dogs having their Best Day Ever make happy owners which in turn makes us happy and successful β€οΈπβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ
