Sandra's Rescue Pups of SW GA Rescuing pups who are lost and in need! Sandra has a love for large dogs and began fostering with Southwest GA rescues and shelters back in 2015. Thank you!

On an April 2020 night, Sandra’s family home was destroyed by an F-2 tornado. My name is Sandra and I am addicted to dogs! And they are addicted to me. I am a magnet that finds them on the side of the road throughout the Albany and Southwest GA area. I am a trapper who works with a stray until they are caught and will travel across many counties. Then...I get stuck with all these loves and their v

et bills. This page is dedicated to the strays and rehoming them. Where they will continue to received love and a great home. (Applications and screenings will be completed. Along with vet reference checks!)

Today she got to leave here in style heading to her forever life with her own personal pilots can’t thank everyone enough that was involved in getting her to her new start in life it definitely takes a village 💗

Update 1/30 Rigby has been released and back at SRP to recover he’s doing amazing thanks to Sylvester Animal Hospital for helping this precious boy Update 1/28 Rigby is scheduled for surgery this morning !!!!!!! To the sub human piece of crap that dumped this precious baby in the road in front of Albany Humane Society running scared so scared he wouldn’t let anyone near him thank goodness Payton from AHS contacted me and I was able to secure him only to realize one eye was hanging out so not only is he thin matted but also injured the only way to fix your problem was to toss him
I hope your proud of yourself and sleep well because this precious boy will and he will get the care he needs and the love he deserves

I’m sure yall remember the cruelty case of the Great Danes this is Hank the male he left this weekend to his forever home in style yes it was bittersweet but I’m so happy for him he’s come a long way and so thankful for our rescue partners and amazing pilots and the ones that pull all this together and everyone that donated I couldn’t do this with everyone 💗. And no he isn’t that skeleton anymore he’s a handsome amazing boy that will be loved

While 2024 has been a very busy year I would like to thank everyone that has donated to help the babies of SRP
We had so many precious fur babies come through and so many happy endings and some heartbreaking but without everyone’s help we couldn’t have helped as many as we did
Posting a few pictures of some of the ones we saved this year
Going into 2025 I’m sure it will be just as busy so thought maybe we could do a little Christmas fundraiser to start the new year off with some funds to help with vet bills and food for all these precious babies. Thanks again

So tomorrow 11/11 is my birthday I don’t normally post about it or ask for anything but I’m trying to do some updates for the fur babies here before it gets cold it takes so much to keep a rescue going with vetting food etc but we also have to keep the living conditions updated
So this year I’m going to ask for donations to help keep them all comfy warm
If I could get 500 people to donate 20 dollars this would help tremendously

Everyone remember little Rosie that was pulled from a shelter her little legs were bowed and would buckle under when she tried to walk Well after being in splints for weeks and then having to rebuild her muscles. Look at her now 💕😁. So precious
