Great outing this weekend at the Holiday Kick-Off Dressage Show in Newberry. All 3 boys were fantastic. Spencer had his first show with Einstein. A few small mistakes in their Training 3 test Saturday. It was very well ridden and he corrected it on Sunday, earning them a 63.8. This pair has come a long way.

Maisie and Sted showed third level again this weekend earning a 64.3! Although Sted insisted on adding in a few extra changes, he showed up relaxed and ready to work despite a busy warm-up, which is a huge stride forward for this horse!

Lastly, Hannah took Solo to his first dressage show with us and he handled it with ease! They showed first level and earned a 63.9 in test 2. Excited to keep seeing this pair progress as he gets stronger! Success all around!

What a weekend! We spent it at Gray Lily with half of our group having their first successful outings and a handful of the younger girls riding around the 18inch and 2ft jumpers! Great fun had by all. Thank you, Gray Lily, for hosting!

Quick trip down to Majestic Oaks for their Saturday schooling show. Some firsts this weekend as both Ainsley and Morgan did their first starter combined test and had so many moments to be proud! Avery also piloted her young horse Ziggy around his first three phase like a pro with one green stop on cross county! Clara rocked her dressage test and finished on her score with Bravo after a nice SJ round! Portia took Einstein to run through the starter dressage test and handled his distraction in the warmup really well before riding a nice test! Kani took her young horse to run the starter three phase and had a beautiful cross country ride and last but not least, Kensey ran her guy around the BN three phase and had three lovely rides! Busy weekend but it’s always so fun to see everyone’s improved rides!

Geronimo all gussied up🎀🥰

16’1, 4 year old TB with great attitude! He’d be an awesome buy for someone looking for a reasonably priced youngster with an amateur friendly temperament. Heading to his first dressage show the first week of November if not scooped up before then!

Successful schooling show at Mahan farm last weekend! Excited to jump into the fall season and kick off the next few busy months of showing with this great group of girls!

What a whirlwind of a week our group had at World Equestrian Center!

Lots of improvements and great rounds to show for all the hard work that these girls have put into their riding.

🏆 Highlights:

Paige Benezette and Shadow .70 reserve champ and some successful .80 rounds

Benji Rachel Breyfogle and Arlo having fantastic outings in the .80 and some beautiful .90 rounds for her move up!

MA Brown and Tudors with a few lovely .80 rounds

Clara Sipple rocked the .70 with a few winning rounds and lots of improvements with Bravo

Morgan Daly and Martini were organized and intentional in each of their .65 rounds and had some great results as a result

Last but not least, Rachel Davis handled her pony, Petunia, beautifully through all of her shenanigans and demonstrated excellent horsemanship all around!

Ainsley Colvin was groom extraordinaire all week and Iended a helping hand every opportunity she could; even catch riding a few horses for us!

On top of some awesome results, it’s always a bonus when your group supports each other the way this one does! Proud of everyone and excited to be back later this fall for more jumpers!

Seven is a Breeze – “Sven”

Sven is a 2019, off the track Thoroughbred gelding with the looks, temperament, and talent to make a fantastic partner. Leggy, athletic, and naturally balanced, Sven has a beautiful presence under saddle. He is schooling confidently on the flat and over fences with three quality gaits. He is forward-thinking but not hot, making him an enjoyable ride without being too overwhelming for a more novice individual.

Sven has competed in a few local schooling shows with a junior rider from our lesson program. He’s proven to be very careful over fences in the show jump and is getting the hang of cross country; improving his confidence with each schooling.

Sven has a good brain—he’s not spooky or reactive, and he’s handled a wide range of environments, farm life antics, and travel with ease. He has good ground manners, loads and trailers well, and is respectful in the barn. This horse is extremely genuine and wants to answer all of the questions correctly. He would suit a junior, young rider, or adult amateur looking for a sporty, kind, and talented young horse to continue to bring along.
