BAC family. Tyler and George suddenly lost their beloved dad recently and need a forever home. They are both 8 years old and very healthy. They have received the best care every year since they were kittens. They are up to date on their vaccines and their bloodwork and f***l testing is normal. (Updated last week courtesy of BAC.) Dad did annual well visits at his house and followed every recommendation. and they are in perfect health. They are such special cats (as was there dad) and we are looking for a caring and devoted home.
Here is a note from the current caregiver who was a close friend of dad.
Meet George and Tyler, the dynamic duo of feline charm.
George, the outgoing one, is the name, and spreading love is his favorite game. His warm smile will greet you at the door, and before you know it, he'll be rolling on the floor, eagerly awaiting those cherished belly rubs. As he grows comfortable in your presence, he'll find his way onto your lap, becoming your loyal companion for life. His appetite for kitty treats is discerning, enjoying just 2 to 3 at a time to ensure his four tummies stay content. George has a four-tier mansion where he loves to lounge, offering him a perfect vantage point to observe the world and share his undeniable cuteness. His playtime includes chasing anything on a string or playfully pouncing at the laser pointer's dot.
Now, let's introduce you to Tyler. He's the resident recluse, but once you've gained his trust, he's a steadfast friend. Tyler prefers to find a cozy nook as his safe space, occasionally emerging to spend quiet nights with you. He's not a fan of loud noises, and when they occur, he retreats into his little world for a brief respite. Tyler appreciates gentle ear and back rubs, as well as an occasional kitty treat. He has a penchant for perching on a box by the window, where he contemplates the outside world. Surprisingly, Tyler even understands a bit of Spanish, thanks to his devoted housekeeper.
A note from their caretaker:
George and Tyler, bonded brothers since kittenhood, are looking for a loving home. Both have had their front feet declawed and are up-to-date on shots and blood work. While George is outgoing and readily welcomes affection, Tyler is more reserved, preferring to stay within his comfort zone. They've been indoor cats, but if you have an enclosed pool area, they'll happily watch the world go by. Once they feel at ease with their surroundings, they make delightful companions. They're both open to being petted by visitors, with George eagerly seeking attention and Tyler retreating to his safe space if needed.
These two have not been exposed to other cats or dogs and ideally should be adopted together. They've received excellent care from Bayshore Animal Clinic throughout their lives.
Consider inviting George and Tyler into your home, and you'll find two distinctive personalities that can brighten your days with their unique charm.
